I have something to ask before I become a member. Who is Hopfrög Kids and what does he do?
As Hopfrög Kids, we are a Hopfrosch GmbH Germany brand. We add new and special products to the tiny foot-friendly Hopfrög family by using state-of-the-art production methods so that our little ones can be comfortable in all kinds of conditions and continue their healthy development. Most importantly, we aim to do better for the little ones with each new Hopfrög by continuing R&D studies.

How do I cancel my Hopfrög Kids order?
First of all, your order cannot be canceled after your order is shipped. To cancel your order until your order is shipped, you can submit your request through your My Account page or via our Contact Form.
Which products are considered within the scope of exchange and return?
Within 14 days, which is the legal return period, and 30 days, which is the legal exchange period, unused, original packaging and box are not damaged, and the products to be sent in full and complete are considered within the scope of return and exchange.

I wonder what the mold of the Hopfrög is like. Is it a standard mold or a wide mold?
All our Hopfrög models have 3F (FeelFitFlex) Barefoot design feature. For Hopfrögs with 3F Barefoot design, which mimics barefoot walking, the healthy development of tiny feet is a top priority.
"Feel" feature provides the little ones with the lightness of feeling with its lightweight structure by getting rid of the weights that prevent them from feeling the ground such as shoe padding or cushioning. Thanks to its ultra-thin sole, the little feet that feel the ground with the sole of the foot where the nerve endings are the richest at every step are as comfortable as if they were walking barefoot. “Fit" designed structure adapts to every stage of the little ones' foot development brings comfort and convenience. Does not squeeze the feet. With its wide toe box, it gives the toes the space they need and gives them the ability to function. While walking, it supports the toes to spread naturally and to walk with balanced and firm steps by fully grasping the ground.
